Cancellation fee

Description

Please keep in mind that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. If you are not able to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Cancellations can be done through the portal by you upnto 24 hours in advance. If appointments are canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
